The newest version 17133 of Windows 10 Redstone 4 has already started to be released by Microsoft for users who chose to receive updates faster, with Fast Ring mode. This version could be the one made for manufacturers (RTM), which should be presented to the public on the 10th of next month.
Preliminary updates did not bring news, only bug fixes, which were few found. Because this is the final version of Redstone 4, there are no more new features, as Microsoft intends to move soon to the 5th version of the operating system. The company even removed the watermark from pre-release builds of 17128 last week. All other fixed issues are below:
Fixes made with Windows 17133 build 10:
- We fixed an issue that caused certain BitLocker devices to unexpectedly activate boot into BitLocker recovery on recent builds.
- We fixed an issue that resulted in not being able to change the display resolution when there were 4 or more monitors connected, due to the confirmation prompt suspended when you selected "keep changes".
- We fixed an issue where clicking suggested search terms while typing in the Microsoft Edge URL bar did nothing.
No known bugs were found in this build of the system, so if it really is an RTM version it is likely that it will be the one confirmed to be released to the public. This will happen when a new build is released in Release Preview Ring or Fast Ring mode, with more remaining bug fixes and performance improvements.

Regarding confirmation that this is an RTM version, Microsoft has no information. However, removing the watermark from the previous version leaves suspicion. Only if Microsoft promotes this version again in the Release Preview Ring, which will be confirmed.
When the update will be released to the general public is also unknown, nor is the official name. But rumors point to "Spring Creators Uptade", as seen in some reports and references from the company itself.
